Secret Of My Long Hair

Hi Girls!!Its time to say NO to Extensions.Make your own hair longer and stronger,so try a few,sit back,and watch your hair grow!

1)Wash your hair less
Do not wash your hair daily.Many people wash their hair every day,even my biggest mistake was going along with the misconception that you must wash your hair every day.Actually it,s quite the opposite;the more you suds up,the more you're stripping your hair essential oils it needs to stay healthy and moisturised.only wash your hair 2-3 times in a week ,and don't feel weird about it -you're doing your hair a huge favor.!Remember ,less is more.

2) Apply Coconut Oil
Use coconut oil massage once a week!Coconut oil treatments are like heaven to your 
hair.coconut oil gives your hair the needed moisture.There are many brands of coconut oil.But I use Parachute coconut oil.I use both the product and both are just amazing
How to APPLY-Massage into your scalp 2-3 times a week or you can apply before every wash.

3)Which Shampoo I Use
Tresemme this shampoo is truly amazing and the price is also  affordable.This product contain vitamin H and silk protein ,intensely moisturizes dry,rough hair.This shampoo based on lab test.

Hydrating Foods and Drinks for Summer

Hi!Peeps Summer is here,its especially important to stay hydrated.Staying hydrated will give you energy in this hot season,and keep your skin looking radiant, more beautiful and glamorous.
As we all know water is the best source of hydration,but there are lots of foods and drinks you can take that will help keep you hydrated in the summers.

Here's a list of some of my favourites drink and food.It may help you!!
So lets start!!


1.Cucumber
Cucumbers are made up of water.But they also has a lot of nutrients that will help in hydrate and nourish the body.
You can eat as salad or you can add cucumber to your water for a refreshing summer drink.
Other Benefits 
1)Cucumber contains Vitamin C
2)Cucumber are rich in caffeic acid 
*caffeic acid helps in soothe the skin

2) Coconut water


For centuries, people in Southern Asian and Pacific Island countries have been drinking the water from the young coconuts for hydration.
Coconut water contains vitamins,minerals and electrolytes that perfectly replenish the body after a long day in the sun.These days coconut water is easily available in markets,Most grocery and health food stores sell it bottled in the beverage section
*I advised to purchase fresh coconut water but if it is not available then you take the sealed cans or bottle


3) Watermelon 
Watermelon is one of the most hydrating foods out there.its made up of mostly water,but it also has essential hydrating salts,calcium,magnesium,potassium and sodium.It's perfect for hot summer day when you need to replenish your body.

4)Pineapple
Pineapples are delicious summer fruit.On top of hydrating elements of pineapple,it is packed with bromelain.Bromelain has many health benefits,mainly helping with digestion.Pineapple is a great fruit to est to help the body Naturally Detoxify itself and lose weight

5)Iced tea

If you are thirty,but want a little more than water,iced tea is the best option.Now days it is easily available in markets.It's a full-bodied,caffine free tea that's very refresing and hydrating,its also filled with minerals and victamin C to keep you refreshed and ydrated all day long.
*It is packed with antioxidants.

You may also try Carrots,Apple,Red bell peppers,Cabbage they all are rich in minerals,vitamins and keeps you hydrated.
